Day 1: Marrakech – High Atlas Mountains – Ait Ben Haddou – Ouarzazate – Skoura – Dades

The private 3-day tour from Marrakech to Fes starts at 08:00 pm from Marrakech to Dades Valley via the High Atlas Mountains Tizi n’Tichka. We’ll occasionally stop to enjoy the stunning scenery and Berber hamlets, including at UNESCO’s 1987 World Heritage Site Ait Benhaddou Kasbah. Over 20 international films have been shot in this Berber Kasbah, which is one of the most important fortresses on the old Salt Road, where sub-Saharan caravans brought slaves, gold, ivory, salt, and silk to Marrakech and beyond.

We’ll pass through Ouarzazate, known as the Hollywood of Africa for its filmmaking. After Ouarzazate, your 3-day private tour from Marrakech to Fes goes on through Kalaat M’gouna, Skoura, and Dades Valley (Berber villages around the valley). We’ll sleep in Dades Valley.
